Q: What are the seats located on the concourse level, and can I get tickets for them?

A: These seats are typically reserved for individuals with accessible needs, and are subject to availability. If any seats are not sold, then there may be the opportunity for them to be purchased.

Q: Can I access my seats from the Field Level, as we did at Ivor Wynne Stadium?

A: No, unfortunately this ability is restricted to specific individuals who have designated tickets/memberships that allow them to access the Field Level.

Q: Where is the Findley Family Zone?

A: The Findley Family Zone is located on the First Concourse Level at the North-West end of Tim Hortons Field.

Q: Where can I find game-day parking for Tim Hortons Field?

A: The Hamilton Tiger-Cats, possesses a number officially designated Parking Lots located around Tim Hortons Field. While many lots are sold on a season-seat basis, other lots have individual game parking. Please go to the following link for more information – http://www.ticats.ca/parking.

Q: How will the sun affect my viewing experience?

A: With the position of Tim Hortons Field, and the size of the West Stands, the sun has a minimal effect on your viewing experience. With majority of Ticats home games being in the evenings, the sun is usually out of sight within the first quarter.

Q: How many Elevators are there in Tim Hortons Field and where are they located?

A: There are six (6) elevators in Tim Hortons Field. There are 4 elevators located at each corner of the stadium (NW, NE, SE, SW). These 4 elevators are accessible to all attendees. There are 2 elevators located in the middle section of the West Stands. These 2 elevators are only accessible to attendants with Premium Seating via the Premium Seating entrance.

Q: Where are the entrances to the stadium located?

A: There are 5 entrances. The Pioneer Gate (Gate 1) andĀ FirstOntario Credit Union Gate (Gate 2) are located on the South end of TIm Hortons Field off of Cannon St. The Premium Seating Entrance (Gate 3) is located in the middle of the West Stands off of Melrose Ave. The redtag.ca Gate (Gate 4) is located in the North West corner off of Melrose Ave. & Beechwood Ave. The EnerCare Home Services Gate (Gate 5) is located in the North East corner off of Balsam Ave. & Beechwood Ave. All gates have an Accessible Gate conveniently located close to an elevator.

Q: Where is the Box Office located?

A: The Box Office is located at the South East corner of Tim Hortons Field located by the corner of Balsam Ave. & Cannon St.

Q: What can I do at the Box Office?

A: At the Box Office, you can request to have your tickets held at Will Call for pickup on the day of a game. Be sure to have your I.D. ready to verify the tickets are for you. You can also purchase tickets for the game on that day, or future games. The Box Office will also have staff on hand for any Customer Service Related issues.

Q: I never received, misplaced, or had my tickets stolen, what do I do?

A: You can log into your Account Manager online to reprint your tickets at home. You can also bring up your tickets through Account Manager onto your phone and have the bar-code scanned at the Entrance Gates. Be careful, because when you reprint your tickets at home, it voids the original tickets.

Q: I am out of town with my tickets, and want to give them to my friend. How do I go about doing that?

A: You can email your tickets to a friend. Simply log onto your Account Manager online, and go through the process of emailing your tickets to a friend.

Q: What happens if I am unable to make a game short notice?

A: We recommend contacting any friends, family members, neighbours, or co-workers so your tickets do not go unused. You will not be reimbursed for any unused tickets for the season.

Q: When can I enter Tim Hortons Field on the day of a game?

A: This depends on what day of the week the game is being played. On Weekend or Holidays, the gates open 2 hours before kick-off. On Weekday games, the gates open 1.5 hours before kick-off.

Q: If I go on a payment plan for season seats, will I be charged interest?

A. No

Q: Can I rent Tim Hortons Field for a wedding?

A: All inquiries regarding renting the stadium must go through the City of Hamilton.

Q: When will I receive my season tickets?

A: You will be made aware of the date you can pick your tickets up at our office, via email. If you are not able to make it to the event, they will be mailed out to you.

Q: Can the Ticats send me a donation for my event?

Q: Can I get a birthday wish on the video board?

A: We do not put wishes on the video board but we will arrange to have the Ticats Cheerleaders hand deliver a birthday card to your seat! Please contact one of our ticket reps at 905-547-2287 and they will be happy to help.

Q: Can I trade my unused tickets for another game?

A: Unfortunately after the game has passed, unused tickets cannot be traded in. Please visit the following link for more information on our Ticket Swap program. http://ticats.ca/ticketswap

Q: Are any seats at Tim Hortons Field covered?

A: The only seats that are covered at Tim Hortons Field are the suites. There is a slight overhang in the top two rows of the upper west bowl. Dress appropriately for the elements.

Q: Does my child need their own ticket?

A: If your child is under the age of two and not taking up there own seat, they do not need their own ticket.

Q: I have medical issues, can I bring in my own food?

A: We understand the some of the food offered at Tim Hortons Field may not be suitable for some medical issues. Please contact a ticket rep at 905-547-2287 and they will supply you with a letter to bring in something more acceptable.
