Career

 2012: Dressed for all 18 games in his rookie season with the Tiger-Cats...made CFL and Ticats debut on June 29 vs. Saskatchewan.

2011: Attended training camp with the Cincinnati Bengals before being released on September 3…joined the Indianapolis Colts practice roster on November 9, before being signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on November 25…spent the rest of the season with the Jaguars as their reserve quarterback.

2010: Selected by the Chicago Bears in the sixth round of the NFL Draft…was placed on waivers on September 4 and claimed by the Cincinnati Bengals on September 5…spent the season with the Bengals as their reserve quarterback.

College

Played four seasons at Central Michigan (2006-09)…threw for 12,905 yards and 102 touchdowns while rushing for 2,948 yards and 47 touchdowns…completed 1171 of 1763 (66.4%) of his pass attempts…also caught three passes for 58 yards and a touchdown...set a FBS record for total touchdowns with 150 (102 passing, 47 rushing, 1 receiving)…he is the only player in NCAA history with 12,000 career passing yards and 2,500 career rushing yards…holds MAC career records for total offense, passing yards, touchdown passes, completions and attempts… one of two players in CMU history to earn All-MAC honours four straight seasons...named the MAC’s Vern Smith Leadership Award winner as the conference player of the year and the MAC Offensive Player of the Year, the MAC Championship Game Offensive Player of the Game, the GMAC Bowl Most Valuable Player, as well as CMU's Most Valuable Player, Offensive Player of the Year, Most Valuable Offensive Back and Kurt Dobronski Award winner in 2009…named the MAC Freshman of the Year in 2006…in 2007, he became just the second player in NCAA history (Vince Young, Texas) to pass for 3,000 yards and rush for 1,000 yards in the same season.
