Career

2012: Started seven games in his ninth season with the Tiger-Cats…placed on the injured list for nine games of the regular season.

2011:  Started 9 games in his eighth season as a Tiger-Cat…missed the final 9 games of the regular season and the playoffs due to injury

2010:  Started all 18 games during his seventh season as a Tiger-Cat…was named the East Division’s Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman…named a CFL All-Star, an East Division All-Star and a CFLPA All-Star...this was the fourth consecutive season he was named to the CFLPA All-Star team.  Playoffs: Played in the Ticats Eastern Semi-Final loss to Toronto.

2009: Started all 18 games during his sixth season as a Tiger-Cat…was the Ticats nominee as Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman for the third consecutive season and the team’s nominee for Most Outstanding Canadian for the first time…earned a spot on the CFLPA All-Star Team…was honoured with the 2009 Tom Pate Memorial Award, given annually to a player with outstanding sportsmanship, a player who has made a contribution to his team as well as to his community and to his Association.  Playoffs: Played in the Ticats Eastern Semi-Final loss to B.C.

2008
: Started all 18 games during his fifth season in Hamilton…was the Ticats nominee as Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman for the second consecutive season…earned a spot on the CFLPA All-Star Team.

2007
: Started all 18 games at centre in his fourth season with the Ticats…was the Ticats nominee as Most Outstanding Offensive Lineman…was named an East Division All-Star and CFLPA All-Star.

2006: Started 17 games at centre during his third season with the Tiger-Cats, missing their 20-18 victory at Edmonton on September 22nd when he was on the four-man reserve.
 
2005: Played in all 18 games during his second season with the Tiger-Cats…started the final five games of the regular season at centre…made his first career CFL start in the Tiger-Cats 43-21 loss at Ottawa on October 7.

2004: Played in three games during the regular season with the Tiger-Cats after Hamilton selected him in the second round (14th overall) of the 2004 CFL Canadian College Draft…had one special teams tackle…made his CFL debut in Hamilton’s 47-18 loss in Montreal on September 12…played in the Tiger-Cats 24-6 East Semi-Final loss in Toronto…initially signed as an un-drafted free-agent with the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars on April 26...attended the Jaguars training camp and was released on August 29.

College

Played four seasons with the University of Colorado Buffalos…in 43 career games Hage had 32 starts at guard and eight at centre… was a two time All-Big 12 selection.

Personal

Born September 14, 1981 in Beirut, Lebanon…his older brother Rudy, a defensive end at Concordia University, was selected by Montreal in the fourth round (34th overall) of the 2004 CFL Canadian College draft…established Hage’s Heroes in 2007, a community initiative that brings underprivileged youth to Ivor Wynne Stadium on game days to meet Ticats players and attend the game…another older brother (Elias) played football at East Texas State…his mother Hayat, was a member of the Lebanese National Volleyball Team…the Hage family moved to Montreal from his native Beirut, Lebanon, in 1990, fleeing a war-torn neighbourhood…attended Vanier Prep for one semester (fall 1999), and played high school football at Sun Youth High, as his own high school, Mont de La Salle, did not have a team…as a senior, he earned first-team Team Canada, Team Quebec and Quebec all-star honours…he earned first-team Team Canada and Team Quebec accolades, and was the youngest member on the Team Quebec squad as a junior…was a four-time most valuable player in the Quebec All-Star game…official website: mhage62.com
