WHO WE ARE
The Tim Hortons Field Guest Experience Team strives to create a world-class guest experience for all fans. We work to create memorable moments that enhance the event experience and foster a lifelong Hamilton Tiger-Cat and Forge FC passion. Our Ambassador Program is a free service we are providing to any visitors at our stadium, and it covers three main areas:
ACCESSIBLE ESCORTS
For visitors with accessibility needs, who would like to request a wheelchair and staff support in getting to their seats.
IN-SEAT VISITS
For visitors celebrating a special occasion, who would like to set up a surprise visit from Tim Hortons Field staff.
MEDICAL/DIETARY FOOD ASSISTANCE
For visitors who require special exemptions for outside food and beverages.
