WHAT’S HAPPENING AT THE GAME

STRIPES’ SQUAD SATURDAYS, PRES. BY THE BRICK Every Saturday game this season, get to the game early with your little ones for Stripes’ Squad Saturdays, presented by The Brick! Get advanced access to Stripes’ Jungle playground ahead of the game! Starting at 5:30 p.m. enter through Gate 4B on Beechwood Ave., exclusive to children 12 years of age and younger.

AMERICAN NINJA WARRIORS JUNIOR INFLATABLE OBSTACLE COURSE – You’ve seen it on TV, now experience it in person! Family Channel is bringing their American Ninja Warrior Junior Inflatable Obstacle Course to Tim Hortons Field’s South Plaza!

SPIDER-MAN, IRON MAN & PAW PATROL– Spider-Man, Iron Man and Paw Patrol mascots will be at our Family Day game! Take advantage of early access to the stadium through Gate 4B starting at 5:30 p.m. and meet the gang in the Findlay Family Zone behind Section 109. Be sure to meet them and get a pic with the kids!

TICATS LUNCH BAG GIVEAWAY– Courtesy of our friends at Findlay Personal Injury Lawyers, we will be giving away Ticats jersey lunch bags at the game to children 12 and under! Stop by Stripes’ Jungle to get yours, while quantities remain!

FAMILY CHANNEL ACTORS – Isaiah Peck and Shelby Bain from Family Channel’s show The Next Step will also be in attendance.

STRIPES’ JUNGLE PLAYGROUND– We’ve got one of the coolest playgrounds around, right here at Tim Hortons Field! Swing by Stripes’ Jungle with the kids and let them burn off some energy while you watch the game. The playground has a great view of the field and the videoboard!

PREGAME $5 DRAUGHT BEER SPECIAL – Enjoy $5 beers (12 oz. domestic draught, Molson Canadian and Coors Light), available from when gates open until kickoff, only. Please note that draught beer is only available at permanent concession stands.

GAMEDAY SPECIAL – Suit up your little ones for gameday! Stop by the Tiger-Cats Shop for 20% off youth Ticats apparel and headwear. Available at the Tiger-Cats Shop and all retail kiosks. The Tiger-Cats Shop is located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St., store hours on game day are, from 10 a.m. until 30 minutes after the final whistle.

TERRA FOOTWEAR ACTIVATION – Come down early and visit the Terra Footwear and Work Authority’s mobile store. Meet industry experts, receive fun giveaways and get a chance to win a free pair of Terra safety boots! Find them in the South Plaza outside Gates 1 & 2 to check out their safety footwear products.

MOXIE’S RASPBERRY HOUSE-MADE HARD LEMONADE – Looking to try a new refreshing summer drink on gameday? Be sure to check out the Moxie’s Patio and try their Raspberry House-Made Hard Lemonade for only $9.50! Find them inside Gate 5 beside the Coors Light Patio.

5:30 | MEET THE GANG OF MASCOTS – Enter through Gate 4B on Beechwood Ave. and make your way to the Findlay Family Zone behind section 109.

PREGAME PARTY IN THE STIPLEY – Making pregame plans? The Pioneer Gate (Gate 1) and FirstOntario Credit Union Gate (Gate 2) open early (5:30 p.m.) for a pregame party at The Stipley Bar! Enjoy $5 beers (12 oz. domestic draught, Molson Canadian and Coors Light), available from when gates open until kickoff, only.

6:00 PM | ALL GATES OPEN – Per Tim Hortons Field security protocol, security wanding will be in effect at all stadium gates. Please remember to remove the contents of your pockets, including your phone, and have your tickets ready for presentation to reduce wait times to enter. Get to the game early to avoid potential lines closer to the 7:00 p.m. kick off!

FAMILIES ON THE FIELD –Families on the Field will start 15 minutes after the final whistle. Families on the Field, presented by The Brick, provides children with an exclusive and memorable opportunity, whether its tossing around a football with mom or taking photos at the 55-yard line with dad.

PRINT YOUR TICKETS OR ADD TO YOUR PHONE – Season seat holders, remember to print your tickets at home, or download your seats to your mobile device, before arriving at Tim Hortons Field on gameday. Visit www.ticats.ca/mytix to manage your season seats now. Need additional help? Visit www.ticats.ca/digital for a complete digital ticketing tutorial, or call one of our ticket representatives at 905-547-2287.

PARKING – Gameday parking lots A, B, D, E, F and K are open on Saturday starting at 12:00 p.m. Don’t have parking yet? Lot E has spots available for purchase on the day of the game. To support responsible travel, all lots will open at 8 a.m. the following day for guests who choose to leave their vehicle overnight. For details on specific parking lot locations and prices, click here.

HSR TICKET TO RIDE – Hamilton Street Railway offers free transportation for game day ticket holders up to two (2) hours prior to game time. A valid gameday ticket must be shown upon boarding for free transportation. Many HSR routes offer drop off locations at or near Tim Hortons Field. For more information, click here.

TICKET OFFICE – The Ticket Office and Will Call windows (located at the corner of Balsam Ave. and Cannon St.) will be open at 10 a.m. on gameday. Whether you’re picking up tickets or looking to purchase seats for future home games at Tim Hortons Field, our service team in the Ticket Office will be able to assist you with all of your ticketing needs.

GETTING TO YOUR SEATS – Please enter the gate identified on your ticket. Click here to see the different gate locations around the stadium. Regardless of what gate you enter, enjoy 360 degree access around the stadium, crossing from west to east or east to west through the Pioneer Energy Zone or Coors Light Patio.

ACCESSIBILITY ELEVATORS – Elevators 1A and 4A will be reserved for guests with mobility devices for the first 15 minutes following each game.

ELECTRONIC 50/50 –This week’s 50/50 draw proceeds go to benefit Niagara Regional Minor Football! Receive a print out of your ticket numbers and watch the jackpot total increase in real time. Have to leave the game before the 50/50 draw takes place? No worries! CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE (C.A.T. Team) – Need help locating the washrooms or concessions? Can’t find your seat location? Need assistance getting up the stairs? Our C.A.T. Team is here to help you! Look for our C.A.T. Team staff in red Tim Hortons Field polos. Guests can also text questions or concerns at any time to Guest Assist at 905-581-9989.

WATER BOTTLE FILL STATIONS – Guests are permitted to bring their own empty water bottle (up to 1L in size) into Tim Hortons Field and refill them at any one of the water bottle fill stations located on each concourse. Please speak with a C.A.T. Team member if you require assistance locating the fill station closest to you.

SMOKING POLICY – Smoking is NOT permitted within Tim Hortons Field or on City of Hamilton property. This includes cannabis and the use of e-cigarettes. Guests may exit the facility after the 1st quarter through the RedTag.ca Gate (Gate 4) or TELUS Gate (Gate 5) located at the north corners of the stadium. Guests must have their ticket for re-entry.
