Hamilton Tiger-Cat’s Tim White and Forge FC’s Woobens Pacius Team Up as Official World Vision Brand Ambassadors

In an exciting partnership that combines the power of professional sports with the humanitarian mission of World Vision Canada, the Hamilton Sports Group is delighted to announce that Tim White, the star Wide Receiver of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, and Woobens Pacius, the acclaimed Striker of Forge FC, have joined World Vision Canada (World Vision) as official Brand Ambassadors. These two athletes are set to educate fans on World Vision’s profound impact as a global relief, development and advocacy organization on the lives of the world’s most vulnerable girls and boys living in the most dangerous places.

As World Vision Brand Ambassadors, Tim White and Woobens Pacius will use their platforms to raise awareness and support for World Vision’s crucial efforts, working alongside communities, supporters, partners and governments to change the way the world works for children, focusing on three specific areas: emergency relief, transformational development and promotion of justice.

Tim White, known for his incredible athleticism and dedication on the field, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “I’m honoured to join the World Vision family. Seeing the transformation and hope the organization brings to the lives of children and their families is truly inspiring. I am excited to use my influence to shed light on World Vision’s work and bring our fans and followers closer to its vital mission.”

Woobens Pacius, a prominent goal scorer in the Canadian Premier League, beloved by Forge FC fans, echoed these sentiments, stating, “Becoming a Brand Ambassador for World Vision is a tremendous privilege. It aligns perfectly with my belief in giving back and creating opportunities for those in need.”

One of the most remarkable aspects of White and Pacius’ new roles as World Vision Brand Ambassadors is the opportunity for them to visit one of the locations where World Vision operates. This hands-on experience will enable the players to witness the impact the 5-star charity has on the world’s most vulnerable girls and boys and the programs that help them overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. The players will return from their journey with a deeper understanding of the organization’s mission and a stronger commitment to making a meaningful change in the world.

The partnership between these professional athletes and World Vision is not merely a collaboration; it is a shared dedication to upholding, restoring and honouring the dignity and value of every human being, especially children.

As Tim White and Woobens Pacius embark on their journey as World Vision Brand Ambassadors, we anticipate a powerful partnership that will amplify our mission to improve the lives of those in the greatest need.
