Mobile Tickets

Welcome to the Ticats mobile tickets “How To” page.

See below for detailed instructions on each step of accessing, downloading and using your mobile tickets for the 2021 Ticats season.

Introducing the new Ticats All Access app!

Make sure you check out exclusive offers and redemptions in the app and redeem yards for staying up to date with all things Ticats!

Registering and logging into All Access

Step 1: Register using your All Access email address.

Step 2: Enter your information to complete the registration process.

Step 3: Your SMS verification code will be sent as a text message to your mobile phone. Please ensure you are entering your mobile number here. Landlines will not work.

Step 4: Enter your verification code from the text message, and click “continue”.

Step 5: Welcome to the new All Access App! You can start earning yards now.

Accessing your tickets from the app

Step 6: Click on “tickets” at the bottom right of the screen. Select “Sign in to HAMILTON TIGER CATS“. Sign in using your Account Manager email and password.

Step 7: Once you are logged in you will be able to see all of your game tickets and manage them from the app.

Step 8: IOS – Add your tickets to your Apple Wallet. Android – Click “view barcode” to scan in on game day.

Step 9: IOS – Click “add all tickets” in the middle screen pop-up to add all tickets for that game to your Apple Wallet. Tap your phone via NFC on game day to scan in.

Transferring your tickets

If you can’t make it to a game, you can now transfer your tickets to a friend right from the app!

Step 1: Click “Transfer” on the tickets for the game you cannot attend.

Step 2: Select which tickets you would like to transfer (just 1, all of them, etc). Click “Transfer to”.

Step 3: Select a contact from your phone contacts, or manually enter a recipient.

Step 4: If you selected “manually”, enter the recipients information and click “Transfer __ Tickets”.

If you chose a contact from your phone it will prompt you to either text or email the tickets to transfer to that contact.

Reselling your tickets

Step 1: Once logged in, select the game you wish to resell.

Step 2: Click the “SELL” button and select the seats you wish to sell. Then click the “SELL” button.

Step 3: Enter the price that you wish to resell your tickets for. Then press “SUBMIT”.

Step 4: Follow the instructions on the screen and fill out your info and select “SUBMIT LISTING”.
