The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have added international running back Delone Carter to their practice roster, the team announced today.

Carter, a 5-9, 230-pound native of Copley, Ohio, was selected in the fourth round (119th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. The Syracuse product ran for 499 yards, caught six passes for 31 yards and scored five touchdowns in 26 games with the Colts before being dealt to the Baltimore Ravens prior to the 2013 season. Carter also spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier this year.
