GETTING TO THE GAME

DRIVING: Driving your car to the softball game? Punch in 1100 Mohawk Rd. E., Hamilton on your GPS or Google Maps. Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium is located at the corner of Mohawk Rd. E. and Upper Kenilworth Ave. Parking details are listed below.

TAKING THE BUS: If you’re taking public transit to the softball game, take the 41 Mohawk or the 21 Upper Kenilworth. There are two different bus stops located within 100 meters of the stadium, highlighted in the parking map below. For more information on public transit, visit the HSR’s website.


PARKING

PARKING LOTS: Multiple parking areas are located in the immediate vicinity of Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium. Onsite parking to the southwest and east of Bernie Arbour is FREE of charge. Spots are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis.

STREET PARKING: Street parking is also available in the neighbourhoods surrounding the stadium. Please adhere to local parking signs and bylaws when parking your car.


EVENT DETAILS

SEATING: Seating is general admission first come, first served. Once the grandstands fill up, event staff will be allowing field access for fans to stand behind the fence in the outfield. Please be aware of home run balls!

FAN FEST: Team mascots Stripes, Bruiser the Bulldog, and Mac the Marauder, the Tiger-Cats Cheerleaders, face painting, inflatables, and other fun activities and activations for the whole family will be located around the stadium.

CONCESSIONS: Food and beverage will be available for purchase from concession locations around the stadium. Dirty South and The Salted Pig food trucks will also be parked on site.

ANTHEM: Country recording artist and CMT Music Fest performer Meghan Patrick will be singing the national anthem before the opening pitch.

RETAIL: Fans will have the opportunity to purchase exclusive event merchandise on site, including on-field custom Tiger-Cats baseball jerseys and ball caps. All game-worn merchandise will be auctioned off on Ticats.ca following the event, with proceeds from all sales going to benefit the two charities.

SMOKING POLICY: Bernie Arbour Memorial Stadium is a City of Hamilton recreational property. Smoking is not permitted at the event.

FOR YOUR SAFETY: Please be aware of any foul balls and home runs hit to the outfield. The Tiger-Cats, the City of Hamilton and players are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes. Be safe and enjoy the game!

Early next week you will be receiving an email with a link to purchase game worn and game used Community Softball Classic jerseys and equipment. Want to bid on Simoni Lawrence’s uniform? Want a team signed bat? We’ll be auctioning off upwards of fifty items, with proceeds going to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation and Challenger Baseball.
